Complete 90 clock hours of approved Pre-Licensing Real Estate Agent courses. Learn more about your package options here. The 60-hour Unit I Real Estate Agent Pre-Licensing course must be taken before sitting for the South Carolina Real Estate Agent licensing exam. The 30-hour Unit II Advanced Real Estate Principles course can be taken before or after passing the licensing exam, but must be taken before applying for licensure. Both courses must be completed before obtaining initial licensure. Take the South Carolina real estate Real Estate Agent exam

The South Carolina exam is comprised of two portions: one for state requirements and one for national requirements. PSI administers the South Carolina real estate Real Estate Agent licensing exam. You will have 200 minutes to complete this 120-question test. Once your exam application is approved, you will receive an exam eligibility letter.
